Location, Location, Location…

We are presently seeking space in the Pine Street corridor of Burlington (south of Maple Street, north of Flynn Avenue). This area of the Queen City has witnessed extensive economic and cultural invigoration in recent years. Led by companies and institutions such as Dealer.com, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Champlain College (satellite site), and the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, the area has become a vigorous hub of business activity. In fact, according to the South End Arts and Business Association (www.seaba.com), “the South End has grown to accommodate what is now the largest concentration of incubator businesses per square mile in the entire State of Vermont.”

Cultural events such as the South End Art Hop and the rapid growth of art galleries and specialty coffee and food enterprises are drawing more and more local residents and tourists to this neighborhood. Working closely with the City’s Community and Economic Development Office (CEDO) and its Planning & Zoning Department, we hope to soon identify a facility that is amenable to our brewery operation, with easy public access, ample parking, and high visibility.
