Last week, we signed a lease agreement for a 4800 sq. ft. warehouse in Burlington’s South End. Located directly behind Swish Maintenance at 703 Pine Street, with easy access and ample parking, our new space is ideally suited for our 15 barrel brewery and tasting room. We are now working on construction plans and will be ordering equipment very soon!

Interior facing east - the mezzanine will house our offices.

Interior shot facing west - plenty of space for the brewhouse, fermenters, walk-in cooler, boiler room, etc.

  1. Hope to see the guts of the operation soon! And hope to be drinking those hard to find German Lagers – most of them malty and I ma sure true to style. Hope you have a Maibock on you list – what could be better to celebrate spring in Vt – maybe your opening celebration brew on tap? And throw in a Vienna lager while you are at it. Whatever you make I cannot wait to taste. It will all be great.
