One Last Round at the Ethan Allen Club

We just spent a couple of days dismantling the bar at the old Ethan Allen Club on College Street. The bar was built in place by the late craftsman Ted Bourgeois, the “Mayor of Bradley Street,” and old Ted apparently had a fondness for 3-inch deck screws. After removing or cutting what seemed like several hundred of these screws, we managed to get the bar into six sections. Next, it’s over to Queen City Brewery for reassembly!

All wrapped up and ready to move to QCB.

  1. Ao where will QCB be located? And more
Importantly, when. An I get another taste of the Landlady? (I hope that didn’t sound too dirty!)

    • Tom – 703 Pine Street, behind Swish. We will probably get our own street number this summer. Hope to be open for Oktoberfest, but there is alot to do!
