QCB October Update

We still have a lot to do before the brewhouse, fermenters, and other equipment arrive next month, but we are making some significant progress. Here is a view of our recently completed entrance:

Some important pieces of equipment arrived this week, like the steam boiler which will heat the mash tun and brew kettle:

The glycol chiller, which will allow us to control the temperature of each fermenter:

Our new grain mill:

And, importantly, the city’s water department just installed a new 2-inch service:
