Over the past month, we cut the existing concrete slab to install drains, electrical conduit, and water lines for the brewery, tasting area, restrooms, boiler room, and grain mill room.
We also poured a new concrete pad outside to accommodate our HVAC unit and glycol chiller. These will keep both customers and fermenters at comfortable temperatures.
And once the new floor was poured, we could start framing the new restrooms, utility closet, brewery walls, etc. We have three 40-foot containers of brewery equipment arriving next week, so we are rushing to complete this work as soon as possible.
