The Queen City Brewery team has been working hard over the past several months to convert a warehouse into an efficient brewing facility with a warm, inviting tasting area. The following set of photos shows our progress – we hope to be making beer soon!

After cleaning up and painting the steel beams, our painters did a great job covering the ceiling with a dark, dark green.

The concrete floor was cut to allow installation of plumbing and electrical conduit. as well as the brewery’s trench drain.

The next step was to frame the walls for two restrooms, the boiler room, and the grain room. The south wall was also framed to support large metal panels.

New ductwork was installed for the HVAC system. We want to keep customers and employees comfortable.

The brewery floor was poured on top of the existing concrete to create a sloped area near the trench drain. We don’t like squeegees!

Our skilled concrete team pours the second half of our brewery area, while a nice storage area is constructed above the boiler/grain rooms.
Amazing transformation, your space is looking great!
