With the goal of opening this spring, the Queen City Brewery team has spent the last month wrapping up some important parts of our construction project (for more photos, visit our facebook page):

With the bar in place, we then put our walk-in cooler together. At 13 by 18 feet, it will hold a lot of kegs.

The brewhouse is almost put together. We still need to mount the grain hopper above the mash tun and then move the final vessel, the lauter tun, into place.

We are getting close to completion of the new 400-amp electrical service. These 250 pound copper coils were pulled into their conduit yesterday. We are ready for the city to hook us up!
It really is starting to feel like we are in the home stretch – hopefully, we will brew our first full-size batches by the end of next month.
